• Personal letters to all wedding party members / pertinent information
• Assistance with invitations, programs, wedding accessories, rental items
• Travel and hotel accommodations assistance for bride and groom, out of town wedding party members and guests
• Detailed itinerary of wedding day events
• Onsite Coordinator and Director at the Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception Site, a total of 10 hours
Silver Services
Wedding Day Management --- ------starting at $2,500
• Three (1) hour consultations
• Coordination of all service providers selected and contracted by the bride and groom
• Etiquette guidelines (up to 5 hours of advice via phone, text, fax)
• On-site Coordinator and Director at the Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception site, a total of 8 hours
• Detailed itinerary of events

Bronze Services
Wedding Day Coordination-----------Starting at $1,950 - $3,000
Two (1) hour consultations
• Etiquette guidelines (up to 3 hours of advice via, phone, text, fax)
• On-site Coordinator and Director at the Rehearsal, Ceremony a total of 6 hours (or Reception Only)
• Additional advice available at a reduced rate of $50 per hour
LL Extraordinaire Events, LLC also provides consulting services at an hourly rate.
Pearl Services
Vendor Coordination (ONLY) ---------------------- 950.00
• 1 Hour Initial consultation
• Three (1) hour follow-up consultations
• A selection of vendor services to meet your needs/expectations
• Assistance with Invitations, accessories, rental items
• Travel and hotel accommodations assistance
• Additional advice available at a reduced rate of $50 per hour
